Jeff co-founded ECS with Samuel and built the company’s quality and operations systems from the ground up. He served as Chief Operating Officer of ECS from 2020 to 2023 and has since transitioned to an advisory role, where he applies his extensive operational expertise to guide the company’s continued growth. With over 35 years of experience in project management and operations, including 32 years at IBM, Jeff has managed the development and production of military and medical products for both local and international teams. He currently serves as a Project Manager at Olmsted County, Minnesota, where he applies his expertise in manufacturing operations management.

Roger Stahl is an estate planning attorney who joined Frazer Ryan in 2022 after practicing law in Rochester, Minnesota, for over 30 years. He serves as a trusted legal advisor for businesses and families on matters including business entity formation, succession planning, business transactions, employment law, estate planning, probate, and trust administration. His expertise includes complex commercial real estate transactions, with notable successes such as representing multiple sellers in a $45 million asset and real estate sale of a multi-state food processing company and facilitating valuation and buy-outs in shareholder disputes for companies valued at up to $5.6 million.

Prashanth serves as Chief Operations Officer for Sweet Harvest Foods, a role he has held since 2020. He brings over 20 years of experience in the food manufacturing and medical device industries. Previously, Prashanth was Senior Manager of Operations at Johnson & Johnson, where he focused on microwave ablation devices. His earlier roles include Senior Director of Corporate Quality at ConAgra Brands, Plant Quality Assurance Manager at Medtronic, and Director of Quality Assurance-Operations and Contract Manufacturing at Cardiac Science. Prashanth holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University.

Tom serves as a Director at Medspira, one of ECS’s core design partners, where he leverages his extensive experience in finance and business relations to provide strategic guidance on partnership development and investor relations. As a seasoned business development executive and angel investor, Tom brings over two decades of experience working with early-stage companies and venture capital. He holds an MBA from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota and previously served as a Business Development Partner for AMEX, Inc., a Minneapolis-based export management company specializing in technology and medical diagnostic products. Tom actively serves as an investor and advisor to several innovative early-stage companies, including ECS, Medspira (a Mayo Clinic licensee), and PacketPower. His investment portfolio demonstrates a proven track record of success, with several companies he has advised being acquired by major corporations, including Dell, Cisco, VMware, and Seagate.
